Checked my bank balance today & was horrified. It's been another one of those months where I keep buying more shit yet am convinced it's not really costing anything.

I really, really need to work on this not spending money lark for the next couple months, because I've got lots of unavoidable expenses, and I don't wish to start the new year in debt again.

I have been doing the same thing as well. If tomorrow weren't black Friday I'd be in the stores returning it all as well.

I find I spend less money when I'm out an active doing stuff then when I'm a bit bored. Maybe spending time on activities will help cut into spending time buying stuff? If you have better ideas please let me know

I'm only screwed because I've only paid for half of my flight to Argentina, which was never a sensible thing to be doing anyway. Otherwise I would merely be in the position of not having as much to put in savings this month as I should.
