and then came home tonight to discover that this morning I mailed the DVD back to the rental people without the protective case. That'll be me having to pay for a damaged DVD then. The rental company are constantly reminding us to put DVDs in the case before returning them, and I always think "what kind of an idiot could forget to do that?"

Now we know.
