Not that anyone's going to see this because of Whitby, but...

So on Monday I said I was going to quit my job and really meant it this time, because I'm sick (pun not intended) of the toll it's taking on my health (I did enquite about a part time job that's going though).

Then I did the math. I really, really don't want to be that poor again! Jason probably doesn't want to go back to a steady diet of beans on toast & potatoes again. I have a lot of little mouths to feed too.

So I'm giving this full time job lark one more chance. And when we get back from France, I'm going to Stop Buying Stuff (I mean it) and put a lot more money away to get my loan paid off early, so that if I do get too sick to work full time, at least I won't have loan payments eating huge chunks of income. Plus then I'll be able to be smug about not being in debt.

Meh, I can cope with beans, toast and potatoes, at the very least it'll make cooking tea much easier. When it comes down to it would you rather be happy, healthy and poor or miserable, sick and wealthy?
