I haven't left the house since the trip to Tesco on Sunday.
My body has chosen a really bad time to give out on me - I have a major deadline at work (which I was totally on top of last week), my assistant is leaving for six months at the end of the week, so presumably I'll have a new one to train next week, but I won't have time due to project deadline. (Assuming the promised replacement assistant actually materializes, but I'm not going there). Add to that the general stress of things that go wrong when I'm not at work - if I find any faxes that have been sitting there for three days again, I will kill someone. My boss and I have an in joke that you must need an advanced degree to open mail or give faxes to the designated person, because I'm the only person who seems to be able to manage either task.
I probably need a break, but that just has to wait till next month. On the plus side, I did feel loads better after we got back from our last break at Robin Hood's Bay.
With any luck, I'll be able to get to work tomorrow - amongst other things, it's farmers market day and I need some cheese and vegetables.
Oh, and no sign of baby rats yet.
