Sep. 1st, 2003 06:16 pmI forgot to add yesterday that my retail therapy on Friday extended to buying a copy of the new Neil Gaiman comic, 1602. So far I think it's rather fabulous. Incidentally, I've not read any of the comics in the Marvel universe that it's based on, so it's a very good story on its own.
As a safeguard against wimping out of next week's Swarf gig, I bought tickets today. I suspect that's the most money I've ever spent to see a support band and be 90% guaranteed to leave before the main act comes on. I'd like to see John Foxx, but it's a school night.
