I knew it would happen sooner or later - I've gone off the Sookie Stackhouse books (I think it was all the procreating going on in Book 10) and I need to make room for my rapidly expanding Dresden Files and Scandinavian thrillers collection.

So I'm giving away my Sookie Stackhouse books - I have a random 5 of the books, starting with the second and ending up with no. 8.

Shout if you would like some or all of them. If anybody cares, I can check which the middle ones are.

I may be interested. Do you need to read the first one to understand what's going on?

The Sookie novels are fun, but they don't have a high re-read value. At least not for me.

It probably helps, especially because it's already quite different from True Blood from the beginning. I got the first one to the library because I just wanted to see whether or not I was interested.

I never expected them to. They're the sort of thing I usually get from the library, but my library is inconsistent with the series - they have loads of copies of some of the books and then 6 in the whole region for others, all down in Taunton or somewhere that it takes them weeks go get up here. So the ones that I'd have to wait for I bought; plus two showed up in the charity shop.
