Quite possibly. But pretty much everything's synthetic these days, so you never know (I don't think there's even an ingredients list on the packet, and my Italian is practically non-existent anyway)
Still haven't worked out how to cook it. Somehow it seems wrong to put it in one of my usual "pasta surprise" dishes.
