inulroOur cottage at Whitby had a bathtub, and very nice it was too.
(For those of you who don't know, our house only has a shower. I miss having baths, especially when I'm not feeling well and a good long soak would be relaxing).
I have nearly 2 grand in the bank to pay off my loan 6 months early, which is kind of necessary with my new work arrangements.
But I'm sorely tempted to take it and get the bathroom re-done (there's room for a bathtub but everything would have to be moved around). Also, the bathroom is the only room in our house that's been recently decorated. If I'm going to blow the money it really should be on a new kitchen, or laminate flooring for the rest of the house.
But. It would be really, really nice to have a bathtub again.
In other news, it's my first Wednesday of not working. So far I haven't done anything particularly constructive. This week, my excuse is still needing to rest post-Whitby.
