[fitness] something of a milestone

inulroDespite not having been to the gym for over two weeks, and being hit by yet another (or the same) flu bug, I went to spin this evening.
Because the Tuesday evening class is usually pretty easy.
Tonight, she had us standing up for the whole 45 minutes. And I did! I've never managed more than 5 or 10 minutes before.
I'm feeling it already though; tomorrow's going to be interesting.
