George Clooney and Ryan Gosling and Phillip Seymour Hoffman in a political campaign drama. Entertaining enough - a few funny scenes, and good performances, but ultimately disappointing. The backstabbing isn't that devious, and there's nothing that new - I was waiting for some bigger twist at the end, but there wasn't one.

On the plus side, George Clooney and Ryan Gosling.
