Yep, it can bite me.

I don't want streaming, except when I'm too sick to get out of bed, I want my DVD rentals. Which obviously makes me a third class customer because it's not easy to even find that part of the service once you've signed in.

And once I finally found my rental list, the visual interface is out the other side of sucky.

Is there even a company that just does DVD rental these days, with a useable interface?

My girlfriend uses Cinema Paradiso, which seems to specialise in arthouse films. She's not had any problems with it.
