Afternoon all!

inulroYesterday was sort of the opposite of Wednesday, in that I did very little and only left the house to buy ice cream and get my hair cut. I had intended to go shopping in Clifton because I have time for once, but I was tired, and I really don't need anything at the moment.
I've had a lovely 3 days in which to be unemployed. The weather's better than it's been all summer!
Today, I started the day by clearing some debris in the back yard. I have also assembled a flat-pack TV stand. It's somewhat bigger than the old one and the living room therefore requires re-arranging.
This afternoon, I had intended to do some baking - I even took some pumpkin out of the freezer last night. However, on closer inspection, what the oven needed was not using but cleaning. So I now have a clean(er) oven and my hands are about to fall off. I was thinking of putting the bunnies out and going out back to read; but it looks like it might be getting a bit too windy for that.
Whew! No wonder I'm exhausted.
