How'd I miss that?
Jun. 23rd, 2005 08:33 pmWhile taking a shortcut through Waterstones today, I came across The Italian Boy: Murder and Grave-Robbery in 1830s London in paperback. How is it that I was not aware of this book before now? It's about two of my favourite things: dubious provenance of anatomy specimens, and London low-life in the 19th century.
It was in the 3 for 2 selection. Ahem.
wehmuth, I don't need that copy of Iron Council back now.
Despite falling asleep ridiculously early last night, I'm still not 100%. I don't feel bad, but all day I've been craving junk food & the thought of eating anything healthy has been unwelcome. That generally means I'm not right. Any plans I might have made for the weekend have been cancelled in favour of lying around doing nothing.
