inulroI don't usually read political biographies, but I intend to make an exception for this:
The Secret Mulroney Tapes: Unguarded Confessions of a Prime Minister
The Globe & Mail and CTV have commentary. Those were yesterday's. Follow up today reports that Mulroney is Not Happy. Good. It better be as funny as it looks. If it's not it'll get recycled to my dad as a Christmas present. (I'm not being mean, he does read political biography). I was about to order it from Amazon until I realized that even surface shipping was going to cost more than the book, and since I'm going to be in Canada in a month anyway, so I'll just have to wait.
In the "someone got PAID to do this research" department: How much TV children watch accurately predicts whether they will go on to become overweight, a study suggests. Next, the toilet habits of bears and the Pope's religious affiliation.
I leave you with the suggestion that next time you're faxing your MP, it might be worth suggesting putting more pressure on the government of Uzbekistan.
