The Ebay thing again
Apr. 6th, 2006 08:36 pmAs per my recent post here, I emailed the seller on Sunday night to enquire as to what was going on. I haven't heard from them. On Tuesday Jason was told he had a recorded delivery package waiting for him at work (he was on the road). He got back today to discover it was something for him (which he didn't think would come recorded), which means it's been close to 2 weeks since I paid for my digital radio and I haven't heard a thing.
At what point should I report the seller to ebay? Should I try a few more emails?
I am too exhausted & incoherent to read Ebay's advice on the matter at the moment.
At the time I thought it was a bargain, now I'm wishing I'd gone to a shop and paid full price.

Also, e-mail them via the Ebay e-mail option.
If there is a problem, Ebay will only deal with it if your correspondence has been this way and not using your normal e-mail address.
