Last two episodes of The West Wing on Friday night. Talk about going out with class.

Much as I love all the trasy TV in the Joss Whedon/Stargate/CSI axis, The West Wing is, along with M*A*S*H, my all-time favourite show. My, but I've come a long way from being a non TV owning snob. Isn't chronic illness great?

Yesterday was a full day - busy at the shelter (more baby bunnies. They never get less adorable though) and then quality barbecue action.

Today, I am the living dead. I haven't even accomplished the minimum, which I am going to deeply regret when I have no choice but to clean out both rabbits & all 3 hamsters after work tomorrow.

The great thing about DVDs is that it's easier to get hold of the television that doesn't suck. And the DVD marketing is another income stream to convince them to produce it in the first place.

I watch loads of TV and I don't have an illness. It's mostly US crime dramas and the documentary channels, though. Not that the documentary channels are particularly highbrow, but there was a great one the other night on a tomb near Tutankhamun's one that might contain his wife. (The excavation's ongoing, so they couldn't actually say who she was by the end.)

Caught the first episode of Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip - Sorkin's new show - this morning. It's good...like pulling on your favourite old sweater. :-)

No, I'm just broken for no good reason.

I gave up on most documentaries (with the exception of anything that involves travel to Latin America) as I tend to end up wanting to throw things at the TV. If I want to learn stuff, I'll stick with books.

Not surprisingly, More4 played the trailer several times on Friday night. I am looking forward to it.
