Still more blah
Feb. 21st, 2005 07:45 pmLast night, for the first time in more years than I can remember, probably since I was 18, I was up all night coughing. I haven't really stopped all day. Fortunately for my bank account, I made it to work though.
I'm decidedly Not Happy about the coughing. I know it's the end result of last week's flu - the nurse practitioner even warned me about it - and I'm not that ill. However, I lost a good deal of my childhood to paroxysmal coughing for weeks on end, so now I'm in a panic that it's going to happen again. Which it's not, and I'm sure a little sleep would put things in perspective. If I'm lucky, I might even get some by the end of the week.
