Sequel to the Russian supernatural thriller, Night Watch. This one had actual money spent on it, and for the most part is a lot better. For a start, the story hangs together a lot better. There's some nifty effects with the subtitles. I felt it went on a little longer than it needed to in that it dragged a bit in the middle, but that might have been the lack of painkillers speaking. Definitely worth seeing, but if you're in the UK and want to see it in the cinema you might be out of luck - it only ran the one week at the Showcase, and while it's still on at the Vue, only at 10:30 pm for the next week. Of course, if you live somewhere civilized it might have a longer release.

Jason's nit pick - it's still more about the Night Watch than the Day Watch.
