I have an evil cold. It's a good thing there's some unread Terry Pratchett around here, as I can't sleep yet feel far too lousy to do anything else. Also a good thing I didn't have many plans for the weekend.

Times like this are why I really need to get myself a digital radio for the bedroom.

Internet radio, I have, in the study. Digital radio through the cable TV downstairs. It's only the bedroom where I only have old fashioned radio.

i would die without mine. especially in the morning. i would highly recommend a pure but that's mostly cos i like the oldfashioned look. i also have the lurgy but am quite convinced that it is my job's fault. Roll on nov when i will be keeping the supply to a minimum.

There's a lots of colds going around east Bristol at the moment. Most of us at work have had it. We'd be upset, except that on Tuesday half the punters called in to cancel because their kids had stomach bugs, and one lady said that if any more kids went down with it, her kids' school was going to have to close.

In light of that, we collectively decided we have got the lesser of two evils.
