inulroWoke up yesterday with major sinus headache (not the kind I normally get, but much worse), sore throat, shakes and an upset tummy. Impossible to tell if I'm actually viral or if this is a delayed reaction to all that cycling on Monday.
Haven't felt able to do anything till just now, which is going to be just terrific for my body clock.
On the plus side, being stuck home on my own feeling lousy meant that I caught the repeat of part one of Andrew Marr's A History of Modern Britain on BBC2 this evening. Managed to miss it the first time round despite being rather fond of Andrew Marr. It really is very good.
