inulroIt's actually not too hot for me. Sort of too hot to be working (no air con at work), but I've been feeling just fine all through this heat wave, except for a couple hours last night, and the bus coming home has been a bit uncomfortable. It's definitely hit the temperatures where I should be wilting and in agony, but I'm not. I haven't had a sinus headache in about two weeks either.
I definitely don't have SAD (wrong set of symptoms in the winter), but the presence of actual sunlight seems to be good for me.
The only down side so far is that I have to clean out the animals a lot more frequently in this weather.
The only pet who is significantly distressed by the temperature is Denzil the rat. (the one with the big lump on his side as opposed to the one with bone cancer). The degus appear to love it.
