Quick update

I'm in North Bay. It's actually quite pleasant (or at least the countryside around here is).

So far, the exciting part of the trip has been my rental car. Rental company (as usual) didn't have any compact cars in. We've been driving around in a black PT Cruiser! It's gone from being a car I like the look of to the only newer car I feel comfortable driving. New car purchase plans may have been changed.

Wedding all went off better and more stress-free than can have possibly been anticipated, but the trip here was quite a saga (late plane, longest wait I've ever had in the immigration hall at Pearson, stuck in holiday traffic) and I have yet to catch up on my sleep.

silly question but do you want to vote on longlist?
Due to human error (me), the longlist is not voted on yet properly and book hasnt been finalised. if u want i can put it on LJ and you can both vote on it before we finally decide book

i love the PT cruiser. Apparently not great on luggage space but my friends have one and they love it. looks like a gangster (not Gangsta) car. Bugsy Malone styleee

Actually the Cruiser is great on luggage space! My friend has one for moving all his band's gear around.
