Feelin' the burn

My yoga class was pretty brutal last night. Things went crunch.

I'm surprised I was able to move this morning. It's a good thing I can, though, because I can think of very little that would be more humiliating than phoning in sick on account of a yoga injury.

I went to a circus conditioning class last night. It was tons of fun, but damn was I sore by the end of it.
