inulroWent to work today. Despite the fact that nobody did anything blatantly stupid in my absence, I still lost the will to live about four times. Still working up towards acceptance of the fact that I'm not healthy enough to do the nursing course - having that ambition was the only thing that got me through the last couple months. Having half a functional brain is one thing; not being able to stand or walk is another.
The C10 Chicago bid is about the only reason I'm hoping to be able to continue to work for another year. It's nearly as exciting as the Montreal bid.
Walking is still - interesting. I feel like I'm wading through treacle for no specific reason, and I have no strength in my legs. And my kneecaps are threatening to explode. Yes, I have taken my painkillers.
