Jun. 11th, 2010 04:08 pmtells me that the most I can get paid for my awesome office manager/PA skills in Bristol is £23-£25 k (which is more than I make now) BUT I can make £40 or more to do essentially the same thing in London (and they'd be a lot less likely to want me to own a car). Even with the cost of living increase (it ain't like Bristol is cheap) it's a bit of a no-brainer.
There's even PA jobs in London wanting French speakers!
If only my CV wasn't 4 years out of date.

And I worry that any job that pays that much will want 16 hours of my day.

London certainly has a lot to offer - and if you ever need to crash whilst interviewing let us know.
We're hiring for part-time roles btw :)
