Doh! and Foiled!

inulroEasyjet are not my friend.
The cheap flights to Edinburgh aren't quite as cheap as I thought - there's £11.50 tax per person each way on top of the ludicrously cheap fares. This is still ludicrously cheap - £71.00 return for the two of us, but it's a matter of having that much money (As opposed to the advertised fare of £6.49 each way, which even I can scrounge from under the sofa). I will have to think about this. You know what it's like - I'd gone and decided to give us a post-xmas cheer-up trip.
The menu looked as though they had their April flights up, but they're still not for sale either, and according to the info. box, it will be some weeks yet. I really wanted to buy those flights now while I'm still solvent, because the whole Easter in Portugal thing is not optional (if I want my parents to continue to speak to me, and indeed bring me the West Wing season 1 DVD), and I'd like it to be as painless as possible.
On the plus side, starting this spring, Easyjet will be flying from Bristol to Berlin!!!! I just need to find time to make use of that.
