I may be able to discover I've lost my best work without having a panic attack, but I still can't sleep.

Finally nodded off in the small hours again. If I don't get some serious sleep soon I'm going to go completely insane.

Which means I've got to leave the house and fill the prescription for the serious scary medication today.
