It's about bloody time
Dec. 20th, 2003 07:53 pmEasyjet have finally put their spring and summer flights on sale, so I have at long last booked our flights to meet my parents on the Algarve in April. This shouldn't have been a big deal, but I was getting stressed about it because it runs into Easter holidays, and could have ended up being very expensive. Since this holiday is Not Optional, we haven't been able to budget for anything else (read: Convergence) up to now. Besides, I get anxious about stupid things and I was worrying about not being able to get flights, or not from Bristol, and having to drive to Portugal (which Jason thinks would be fun, but would take way too long). As it happens, the prices were reasonable, especially the return flight, and were cheapest on the exact days I wanted to travel, and it's all paid for now, so this is one less thing I need to worry about.
I just need to start actually using that "Teach yourself Portuguese" book I bought two months ago.
Incidentally, this means I'll definitely be missing the Bella Morte gig in Leeds, as I'll be getting on a plane at about the time they'll be going on stage.
