inulroI knew I'd missed something. Watched this about a month ago and wrote about it on Facebook so you can see where my brain went.
Anyway, yep, most depressing cartoon ever, and possibly the most depressing film ever. The animation is lovely, though. I'm glad I saw it but - yeah, really harrowing stuff.
