There are vast chunks which are word-for-word and shot-for-shot identical to the original, and yet somehow a huge amount better.
Watched it at the weekend and really enjoyed it, which I wasn't expecting to.

So that wasn't just me. I wonder if the colour scheme is more what we expect from a modern film, or something like that.
