inulroThe Great Blonde Experiment may have to end
Seeing as I've just had a big drop in disposable income, I can no longer afford to pay other people to bleach my hair. I had a go at doing it myself last night. It's not nearly as bad as it could have been, but it doesn't look as good as it does when I get it done at the hairdressers'. It's not as even a white (my scalp started to hurt so I washed it off a few minutes earlier than I should have). I'm sure I've missed bits but haven't found any yet.
Also, it's finally getting to a decent length again, which I might not be able to sustain while bleaching the crap out of it. I've decided I like having long-ish hair better than I like being blonde.
I think I'll give it one more go and see what happens.
In other news, it's been two whole days and the (not) new boss is settling in quite nicely. We have so far had one disagreement about the legibility of his handwriting. (Fortunately, the rest of the world is on my side).
I was sure I had some actual content in mind, but it's disappeared from my brain now. I'd blame the cold but I'm always like this.
