For discovering bands I love, and then never checking back with their web sites.

I've only just found out that the Dresden Dolls are doing three dates in the UK next week:

London (Tuesday), Manchester (Wednesday) and Birmingham (Thursday).

Given a bit more forward planning, I probably could have done London, but I'm not sure I can get time off work at short notice. I've just checked the venue's site & it's a late finish, so I'd need crash space as well. Not going to happen.

I wish I could have seen them when they were in TO last month. The date fell in the week before my friend's stagette, and I just couldn't spare the time.
