Urgh revisited

Seeing as I felt worse, not better, this morning, I booked myself into the emergency clinic at the health centre. I know flu is viral & there's nothing they can prescribe, but I wanted to get checked out in case I do need antibiotics, what with having nearly gone septic the last time I had that Streptococcal infection because I thought it was viral.

Nope, I've just got one of the very nasty bugs that is going around, and it's unlikely I'll be back in work this week.

I'm going to be so poor next month.

I have also had zero sleep - my head was about to explode last night, & the only decongestant in the house was Sudafed. I thought just one couldn't hurt. My brain was doing interesting things all night.

Unfortunately, only in the day time. By the time I'm better, I'll be back to being completely nocturnal.
