On Saturday evening, I very suddenly went from "a bit tired, but OK all things considered" to Very Unwell Indeed & it hasn't stopped. Apologies for flaking out on various events. I hope this is a temporary aberration, as feeling like this all the time again could really put a cramp in achieving my goals for this year. The pain's not much fun either.

I did go on holiday in the winter! But then winter decided to extend itself, which has not helped. Perhaps February would be a better idea next year.
